On average, our
employees have been with us for over twelve years. They are
cross-trained and know how to operate all of the manufacturing
equipment. In a specific job function like threading, where
detail and precision are vital to the quality of the end
product, and micrometer and gauge readings are equally important, we
do have specialists who operate only that
